it`s a new beginning
there is hope
confidence
belief
we can choose
set new goals
not to reach over night
but step by step
the most important goal for me personally
will be to spread even more light and love
to be there when you need me
to be authentic
to continue the path
developing my mind and soul
to defeat my ego
not to be polite whatever happens
but to discover the golden middle way
you ought to tell negative people
when they invade your personal space
to stand up and shout
STOP!!!

it is the only way to survive
compassion does not mean
to take punch after punch
compassion is to help people
to remind them where the righteous way starts
and to help them on the first steps
but take care of yourself
